History
Since 1995, Mary Malone has had a very successful family law practice on Maui. Prior to 1995, Ms. Malone practiced law on Oahu. Ms. Malone is an advocate for children and victims of domestic violence. However, her practice includes all aspects of family law except adult criminal law including: divorce, child custody, child access, interstate child custody (Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Enforcement Act, child support, property division of large estates, spousal support, retirement, relocation, paternity, guardianship, restraining orders, grandparents rights, Juvenile Court, Child Protective Services cases and adoptions.
